Nova Post API — Test & Production profiles

Active mode * BC pairs (endpoint + key + contracts + sender) atomically — it never mixes Test and Production.

Test mode: remap branch to sandbox division. Only effective on the Sandbox environment. The picker widget serves production branch IDs the sandbox doesn't know — when on, the backend swaps the recipient branch for a known-working sandbox branch per country so test shipments succeed. Never reroutes production shipments. (OPEN-024) Force product description to "test". When on, every created shipment sends the literal product description test instead of the order code — so Nova Post can tell at a glance that a parcel on PRODUCTION is only a test. Customs invoice item names are not affected. (NP request 2026-06-02)

TEST profile — sandbox, no real shipments / billing

Test mode: no automatic statuses. The Nova Post sandbox doesn't support status-webhook registration, so shipment statuses don't update automatically in Test mode. Use the manual “Refresh status” action in the connector instead. On the Production profile webhooks work normally. (NP stage limitation, Tic-0014)
